This is one of the only places my wife and I will stay in the valley. For the price it is the most comfortable, and quiet rooms we have found. Staff has always been courteous and pleasant. Plus their vending machines are epic.
This place was very nice. It was well kept up,had comfortable beds, ac/heater worked well, nice tv, had amenities available (coffee, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and anything you may have forgotten to bring). They are very friendly. They also allowed use of the swimming pool on a reserved basis for Covid protection. Comfort Inn is the best place to stay and for the price you pay it's worth it.
Very nice staff! Friendly and helpful. BUT from 10:30 pm to 12:30 am the person in the room above us walked around his room pounding his feet on the floor. I called the front desk and there was no answer after 10 rings. I called again later and the phone was answered. He was very nice and said he would ask the room above us to quiet down. I guess he called because for ONLY 5 minutes the room above was quiet and the sounds started up with a vengeance. Not much sleep that night.
We had a good weekend stay, even with the limited amenities available. the staff was very professional and efficient. they all wore masks, it appears that they take the sanitation and safety very seriously.nWe look forward to having all the amenties bak soon!
Easy to get to, clean room, comfortable bed.nOnly complaint is that you couldn't fully close the heavy window curtains to block out the city lights glowing through.
