Ryan does a great job with all of the repairs and maintenance that I've ever needed. His prices are fair, and he'll never charge you for unneeded labor.nDespite being a small shop, their turn around on repairs are quicker than most of the big shops in Denver.nI highly recommend Totem!

Great little local bike shop in Baker! Brought my bike in last week for a tune up (it was gifted to me from a friend who had it sitting in her backyard for over a year). I had selected the higher level tune up package when booking, but when I dropped the bike off, I was told that it was in good shape and I could get the next package down. Thought that was super rad of them to help me save some extra bucks. They completed the service earlier than scheduled and it rides great. Will definitely make this my go to spot for all bike maintenance!

I had a pair of mountain bike wheels built by Totem Cyclery. Im very happy with my experience at totem. Their price for the build and components were very competitive compared to other shops. I got my wheels built for about $60 cheaper than other shops quoted me at. Ryan was easy to work with, addressed all my requests, and had me on my new wheels quickly. I highly recommend Totem Cyclery for wheel builds.

Awesome experience. I recently acquired a bike that hasn't been in use for a long time, Ryan tuned it up, replaced parts and made it feel so tailored to me. He was quick and accomidating when I couldn't pick it up till the day after he was done. The vending machine outside the shop also carries small repair kits and bike parts, definitely convenient for anyone in the area. I will be happy to support Totem from here on out for any biking needs.

I took my carbon fiber bike to Totem after a nasty accident did some major damage the rear derailleur. After making my appointment online ( I was able to make an appointment within a week and the process was simple and straight forward), Ryan got my bike into his shop and within the same day, I had a full quote on parts and labor (which, I might add, was lower than I thought it might be). I had my bike back in two days, fully repaired, properly adjusted and mechanically like new. Will I take my bike there again? Absolutely! Would I refer others? Without a doubt. I could not be happier and I'm certain you will be too.
