I highly recommend avoiding this bike shop at all costs. My only guess as to why they actually get business is because their name is so search engine optimized. They seem to be the most clueless bunch of people in the industry… Our family experience relates to a bicycle repair job that resulted in non-functional brakes. When the issue was brought to their attention after picking the bicycle up, they seem to have very little motivation to resolve the issue. After the bicycle was returned to give them another try, they’ve left yet again and the bicycle still doesn’t have functional brakes. How any business can think it’s a good idea to not except responsibility or resolve an issue that could result in serious injury or death is beyond me. Clueless. Clueless. Clueless.

Don't go! Took bike in to replace 2 tire tubes, they didn't re-attach the brakes, took the bike back so they could fix the brakes, brakes still don't work properly. The bike won't stop!nnCalled the shop and ask for a refund for just the service, I was still willing to pay for the tubes. Was told I could get a refund, but the Accountant would have to call me back. Accountant calls me, tells me she will give me a full refund then changes her mind. Tells me since I didn't come in for a brake service, I got what I paid for (As a reminder, see above - The bike won't stop!), If I want the brakes fixed, I would have to bring the bike in a 3rd time!nnCalled my cc company and disputed the charge. This shop is awful and the Accountant is the worst!

Denver Bicycle is hands down the best. They are a local, friendly, neighborhood shop. I needed help getting one of my bike pedals off and they helped me, educated me a little and sent me on my merry way. I'll definitely be bringing every ounce of bike business I might have here. Thanks guys!

The team was very helpful. They quickly assessed the issued and make recommendations that cost effective. No one tried to up sell me. Josh was terrific and my daughter's bike was fixed in 1 hour. Recommend.
