Jose is an amazing talent in his field who has perfected an inspirational business model. His loyal customer base generates constant word of mouth referrals fueled by his excellent technical skill and superb customer service. My 25 year old Yeti rides and looks like new. The pro tune is worth every penny!
Just got all four of my Bikes tuned by Jose. Loved the fact he was to come home and do it and I didn't have to drop of my Bike to a shop and leave it there for weeks as they have been asking. On top of that fantastic conversationalist. Is taking all precautions. Will also work with you to add in modifications if needed.
Very helpful, honest and fair. They did a complete inspection of my brakes determined they could not fixed without replacing the part. Since they did not have the current part to replace it with they did not charge me until they determined if they had the right part.
I am super happy about doing business with Jose! He tuned up my bike and was very fair regarding the cost for services rendered. The service he provides is timely and convenient, and he was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be using Mobile Bike Man again and recommending him to others.
Great service and quick turn around, only took about a half hour to fix my bike and he came to my apartment so it made it so easy!
