Very very ghetto. I would not recommend staying here unless you don't want to sleep and worry about your car or room being broken into. Rooms are very dirty as well.

Been hear a year now. We keep it clean. Occasional roach and I keep oven spray for the bed . Spraying every 3 months, I haven't haven't seen or got bit in months.nThey seem to like children and women. Its just like apt living. Just on Colfax. No application fees, 1st or last .No pool but I don't swim. No exercise room, but I don't work out.
