It was an older hotel. The carpet throughout the hotel was old and worn. No ice machine on my floor. I notified the front desk a couple times that the guests in the room above me were extremely noisy. He said he would check it out and it did get a little quieter until 1:30am when I was awaken by a very loud thud!. I called the front desk to complain again and there was a different clerk on duty. His name was Tim. When I explained what happened earlier in the evening and the noise that just woke me up, he asked if I wanted to change rooms. I didn't want to move in the middle of the night, but I did because I needed my sleep. This hotel was extremely overpriced for the condition it was in and the service received. It was in the middle of the Covid pandemic, so I didn't expect the usual continental breakfast, but I would have thought some sort of offering would have been made. On my trip I stayed at six Choice hotel locations, and was pleased with all except this one. This was the least value for my money and I would not stay at this location again.
The homeless people sleeping in the bushes and shrubs is not the worst of this visit. Checked in and the staff was pleasant but when we arrive at our room i started to do a cleanness check like I do at every hotel. I pulled the comforter back there was blood or red substance on it. Then I look in both beds they had hair in them. We asked for a room where no pets we’re allowed due to my son being allergic and the couch was covered in dog hair. Went to front desk and asked for another room. Open the door to the second room there were people asleep in the bed. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. They protection of privacy is not their and it is filthy.
Good place they just need better people within housekeeping. The rooms look half clean.
Motel was close to the medical center. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. No complaints! Would stay there again if we had to.

You have completely ignored my emails, phone calls and questions regarding the $136 EXTRA I paid over and above the $119 for one room for one night.nI have made a complaint FIRST to BBB about Reservations.com because they charged me the EXTRA $136 over and above what you charged me ($119. for ONE night)nPLUS the $19.99 additionally from Reservations.com.nI am putting this out there for all to see because your service is absolutely the worst regarding helping people to get the issue fixed.nI spoke to you about ALL of the above when we were there a month ago.nWe stayed monthly at your hotel for a year because it was close to the hospital for monthly post double lung transplant follow up visits as we live 5 hours away. We certainly didn't need the added stress of you completely ignoring my pleas for help.nI noticed that you seem to only respond to the positive reviews on here.nShame on you and I dare you once again to make this right by us.nIf not, I will need to make another report to BBB, because right now you're doing nothing to be of help to us.
