I booked a room here just for one day, I was coming in for a funeral and I was going back the same evening.nAfter I booked I realized that checking is 3:00pm which wouldn’t have done me any good since I was in at 8:00am and was checking out at 5:00pm. I immediately contacted the hotel and Kimberly told me not to worry I shouldn’t have any issues checking in early but just to make sure to call once I land. I landed at 8:30 and called the hotel she said the room will be ready on 30-45 min.nThe service was exceptional and the room was VERY clean and comfortable, I was able to relax for an hour before heading out.nI will for sure book again with Fairfield Inn.nThank you Kimberly for providing exceptional service.
The front desk lady gave me a key to someone else's room which was awkward. Was moved to 2nd floor where there was no ice machine, so that was annoying. The room was kind of dirty which was a concern given the current state of the world. Bed was comfortable though.
Over $10,000 of personal property was damaged and stolen out of the parking lot of the hotel as we spent the night. I understand that Marriott is not liable for any damage done to their guests, but the blatant lack of care or anything for the incident was unforgivable. Being a business traveler I expect to be safe at any Marriott site and that has been the case for the most part. I would not recommend staying in this area unless you absolutely need to.
I checked in during night audit. The young lady at the desk is very warm and inviting. I will be using this site again.
