Every member of this staff is very kind and so accommodating!! I love every extended stay America that I have ever been to! Y’all are doing amazing! Thanks for everything here in Aurora!!!! Very quiet and very peaceful... had all the dishes, pots, utensils necessary to cook meals during my stay! This southern girl needs her home cookin’ ❤ufe0f

I’m not worried anymore about Extended Stay not making an exception to my early check out. I checked in and right back out within 10 mins because most rooms were vacant and the immediate light would not come on. The reason I am concerned is that the customer service could have done better by listening to the customer, and acknowledge that that was a safety concern. I ended up booking another hotel to complete a work project feeling more at ease and given genuine service. My concern is the decline in service and when we receive basic service we think it’s exceptional. Just because a rate is low shouldn’t be equated with a low rating, diluted service, and customer scapegoating. Nonetheless, I was able to complete my project and that was more important because I had a sitter that night. Listen to Black women.

Nice area but sketchy hotel. And i stayed here a week and never had a blanket Everytime i went to the office they said none was clean. U figure when one was they would have brought it to the the room. Air conditioner doesnt work had to buy a fan hot in the room (which means i didnt even need the blanket lol) BUT ITS THE POINT. They put in a work order but i guess maintenance is back up a week or more for orders it never got fixed the entire week i was there. Light-rail right there if u dont drive

I was kicked off this review site but will continue.nMy card was charged $250.00 for my daughter smoking outside the room. She was directed to go off premises and she did and never smoked by the building again. While I was sitting in my car waiting for my daughter I witnessed a lady on the cleaning crew smoking by a room door with the door open. If I was charged why aren't the staff members obeying the rules also? They also told me I didn't have my card on file when I saw the 2 separate charges to my card. This place is a nightmare. Wish I could post this without any stars at all.
