This is a fun place with a lot of interesting people going back and forth all the time. It has huge parking and is easy to get to, with two entrances in case you miss the first one. The traffic past the entrance is low speed and relatively low volume. Very good food is available close by.

This was our place of residence for a year and a half. The first room we had before the remodeling it was infested with bed bugs. My kids were being eaten alive. I told the manager Brad and he just shrugged it off. We had to buy poison and spray the room ourselves. The screen was missing from one of the Windows and peoplw were constantly walking by knocking on our windows. There were people selling drugs outside of the hotel. People were high on drugs constantly. My kids never felt safe. We just had no where else to go. The housekeepers are a joke. They never check your room and when they have an issue with you they make your life a living he'll. It doesn't matter that the place looks nice and remodeled. They don't care for your safety or anything else but the money. We had to leave because our room smelled like cigarettes. But the whole place smells like cigs and marijuana. The elevators are always broke and nasty. There are meth heads living here and mentally unstable people. Pay the extra money to stay somewhere nicer. This area is not safe.

I had reserved a room with Aurora In Town Suites online back on August 28th 2020. I had requested a late check in of around 8 PM, and was not told there would be any problems. When I arrived at the hotel at 8 pm, I was told that the hotel lobby closes at 7 PM, and that the night security guy would not and could not let me in unless I had already paid for the room. What kind of hotel closes it's doors at 7 pm, especially in the summer? And what kind of hotel can't take payment for a room? I drove across the street to Extended Stay American and got a room right away. Zero stars to In Town Suites.

Got reservations almost a week prior for a one night stay. Arrived around 6 pm and was told I couldn't be checked it because system was down and had been down for 24 hours. I understand issues arise. It would have been nice to get a warning. I was told nothing, just saw the reservations cancelled the next day. Very unprofessional and would not recommend them to anybody.
