They have great staff. Melina is one of the staff members. She had excellent customer service and was so nice and welcoming. She addressed me as another person and not just another customer. I have no complaints with her customer service. She made my stay so much better 10/10
Great stay! Charles went above and beyond to make sure our room stayed clean. Staff was always friendly. Will definitely be back if in the area again.
I really enjoy staying here. Staying here while looking for a house in Denver. Pretty clean, workers are friendly. Only issue is am asked for a cigarette or drugs every morning ... Lol. Besides that they are right on point
I love these hotels. The kitchenette makes it worth it. But the SUPER low water pressure makes the shower not as great. The water took way too long to become warm. And those are the little things that actually make a huge difference in quality of stay.
So far I love it here. With the promo codes it's actually affordable price with a whole kitchenette and even dishes at the front desk if you ask. With the coronavirus they are not giving the extras like continental breakfast and the pool isn't open, but it's quite and clean rooms. Christian was my desk clerk and made me feel welcome. I can say he's got great customer service skills.
