I was really upset for the price of one week and the stay there was no television, no service, sack launches for breakfast. The housekeepers didn't show up for 3 days or more days or to check up. Even when I called down to tell them they said 24 hour in advance they didn't show up the next day I had to take my linen to the front desk instead of them getting it. Very dispoited. Customer service was horrible. Somewhere I wouldn't ever go. And they lady in front can't give other people cards without permission from either me or the person that payed for the room. Which she did without permission so yeah. I deserve better service!

The staff doesn't enforce the no mask rule, and when asked about it, they prioritize getting as many bodies and people paying over keeping people safe.

The new hotel is very nice. Bathroom room was nicer than mine at home. The breakfast was good, can’t go wrong when there is a waffle maker! Would definitely stay again when we come back to town! Thanks La Quinta!

The five stars represent the customer service agent at the front desk name Jay when I reserve the room they have some small in that kind of turn into a not good situation but the moment I kept talking to Jay and letting him know what was going on in my room I have to tell you Jay is the guy to go see we did everything above and beyond his customer service to provide adequate friendly serving for my situation he came through every time because one situation progress than another situation progresses but every situation had comprised Jay made everything right we took care of me and my fiance when we didn't really happen cuz we booked a hotel through a third party but Jay didn't care he wanted to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with the service that he was provided and I have to tell you 100% Jay made the customer service impeccable excellent above and beyond his Call of Duty he made everything right with my reservation and I want to give a big shout-out to Jay to the manager that hire Jay you have an amazing front desk customer service agent he made my entire evening on the 4th of July the most amazing evening that I could have shared with my family all because of Jay I had the most wonderful time with my family on the 4th of July thank you Jay I give you 100% customer satisfaction.
