Love the room! Tub was wonderful! Bed was super comfy.. The only thing I do have to say is that the fridge was dirty on there bottom they didn't clean that very well. And not sure if it was part of the decor per say but there was a label between the pics on the wall it looked alright but pretty sure it wasn't the decor..lol so when they clean they are not noticing little things like that. But overall it was a very nice stay..
Danielle was very kind and helpful of our situation when staying here. Because of her kindness and ability to help us we will be staying here everytime we have to come to Denver. Thank you again Danielle for your help and patience in dealing with us ud83cuddfaud83cuddf8
They do not enforce mask rules, and when asked about it, they openly state they want as many paying bodies as possible, which is more important than keeping people safe.
Maid service apparently forgot to clean the third floor. Trash by the elevator had biohazard (something with blood) in the bag, it stunk. They didn't leave any towels in the room, didn't restock the free bathroom amenities as there was a half used bottle of shampoo on the back of the toilet! And I'm pretty sure they hit the high traffic spots with the vacuum cleaner and didn't really put much effort into making sure all of the floor was vacuumed!
It was nice. Employees very friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size and bed was very comfortable.
