Ripped off completely concerning basic essentials. No FREE WiFi-Broken window in my first room i occupied!nHoping the cable will miraculously reboot so Sunday football is Visible!nNo refunds through hotels.com makes my money worthless and Myself Very Annoyed with the property in such dire condition!!
This hotel was rented by the city to house COVID-19 patients. As the city started backing down the number of rooms they rented, the hotel opened the others to the public. All of this would be fine, except that the hotel not only chose not to disclose the COVID-19 patients, the actively lied when possible renters asked about it. I don't know about anyone else, but I that makes me wonder what else they're willing to lie about. I will never stay in another of these hotels.
My stay was wonderful. The people were more than accommodating and my room was fully sanitized and beautiful. I can tell the people who work here really care about the guests. Definitely a home away from home even allowed me to check in early. I will stay here Everytime I am in Denver. Thank you QUALITY INN!!!
They failed to tell me at check in that they didn't have working TVs . They promptly returned my money when I complained. Not really a tv person anyways just wish they would have told me that before I checked in
I gave it one star because 0 is not available. It was dirty. The staff was not very helpful. No breakfast. The toilet was running and it took about 4 hours to change rooms. The new room had a broken TV and coffee maker. Room was dark due to missing light bulb. Pool was closed. Bad neighborhood. The bed was comfortable.
