Basic accommodations, good power and water. Bathhouse isn't terrible, but isn't always clean either. Free laundry, unlimited electric included, no wifi. $20-$22 per day. Some hiking on base nearby. I have been here since October of last year. It's a good place to stay long term if you need to, but wide open. Windy, no shade. I am content here because I don't need much. It's safe, quiet, and easy going. No one bothers you here. If you want frills, it's not for you. Can't beat the price for clean and safe with no drugs or crime.

This is a great place with mountain views, rates are very affordable, (must be with DoD) love taking family here.

One of the best RV parks we’ve ever stayed in. Ample space, family friendly, easy access to all base amenities. The most affordable RV park in Colorado and the only decent park in The greater Denver area.nnImportant note, you must have base access/military affiliation to make reservations.nnAmenities include full hook ups for 30 and 50 amp st no extra cost. Water and sewer. Shower and bathroom facility with washers and dryers.nnMake reservations early as this is the happening place to be.

Nice, wide open spots. Full hookups and very quiet... until the planes are taking off.
