This is a golf shop review. I took one golf club in for repair (head reattached to shaft) and left it with Manager of the Department. He told me it would be ready in two days and he would call me when ready for pickup. Two days pass and no call, so I go into the store. It takes them 30min to locate the club and it turns out it is not fixed. Not only that but the parts were just laying out exposed to further damage on the workbench. The manager explains they were having trouble fixing it and would need a couple more days. I say no problem and that I understand unforeseen delays can occur, but it would have been nice if you had called to update me. The manager assured me he will call next day with an update - no call was ever received. A couple more days pass and there are still no calls to update me. So I call to see if it is ready. I wait on hold for 30min while multiple employees try to locate the club and give me an update. They can’t find it. So I immediately go back into the store and find the club in 2 seconds as it is still sitting in the same EXACT spot on the workbench as it was 3 days prior. Unbelievably poor customer service and I would highly recommend you do not take your golf clubs in for repair at this location.

This store has the worst customer service ever! You ask for help and they act like they don’t even want to help you. My son asked the man where the fitting room was and he just pointed (that way). We get to the fitting room and had to push a button for somebody to come and open the door. Well who do you think came to assist us. The same man who just pointed (smh). If he knew he had to open the fitting room why didn’t he just politely walk and show us where it was since he had to open it up anyway...! Hands down the worst place to shop ever!

Great store and good costumer service, but after I bought a hat one of the employees proceeded to leave me on delivered for a week on snap, hence the 4 stars instead of 5

I ordered a brand new custom helmet that was supposed to come in orange and blue for close to $140.00. Never received the first package and the second package was a 2017 green and yellow helmet which made me like like they didn’t even attempt to get my order right. They’re selling outdated helmets with no resale value and are outdated for over $100 which is just a scam because they threw the word custom in front of it but didn’t even try to paint it! Not brand new either mine came with scratches on it and chipped paint. When I called for customer service it took between 30-45min (each time I called (3x))to speak with a representative. They did end up refunding my money almost 2 months later though...so the fact that I got my money back is why they get at least 1 star. Won’t be shopping online with them again.
