I was in the process of moving and needed a place to stay this hotel was right across from my work and I really loved it! Staff is absolutely amazing! They were always so friendly and told me to have a good day every time I left! And rooms are great and beautiful! It’s a pretty fair price and definitely worth it! The pool stays open till 11 which was nice and fitness room is open 24 hours a day! I have nothing negative to say about this place at all! Highly recommend it! Thank you Courtyard Marriott

Staying in a hotel during a world wide pandemic can be a little bit scary, but the staff at this particular location went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. There were antibacterial wipes on the desk for piece of mind, but the rooms are immaculate and very well kept. The grounds are beautifully taken care of and the staff are so friendly that we decided to stay an extra day!

Worst hotel experience in a long time. The hotel was beautiful but the customer service was awful.nnThe first night we were not greeted by the front desk attendant. I had to initiate the hello and by the end of the conversation, he did not say thank you or anything but stared off.nnI later came down to ask for an extra pillow and nobody was at the desk. After five minutes of waiting, I called out to the back but there was no response. Another gentleman joined me and we waiting. Five more minutes and he left. I then called the hotel phone and it rang for probably another five or six minutes while standing at the front.nnFinally the same man that checked us in finally emerged from the back to pick up the phone. I hung up and told him that I had been waiting for at least 15 minutes. He told me he was in the back washing his hands... I asked why that would take over 15 minutes and he said he had sneezed into them and wanted to make sure they were very clean... I finally asked for the pillow and he went to check. He came back and said that he did not have one at the desk but would get one from the second floor where our room was and bring it to the room.nnWe waited for another twenty minutes in the room, but he never came and we did not get the pillow.nnHe was incredibly rude and a very poor representation of the Marriott brand.

Worse place ever Kathy was rude spoke over when I shared my concerns used products shows that stuffs not being done right showers will dry you out they gave me a replacement room but was worse I tried being nice they just overcharged me will be calling cooperate I need a refund and some can't do people like this especially with covid this place needs to learn how to run a business the guy manager was cool though
