An amazing hotel! The people are very welcoming and the room are clean and inviting. The food is well cooked. We would stay here or another Holiday Inn again!!
I stayed three nights at this hotel and let me tell you, all of the staff is amazing. Not only the front staff either, everyone that I came in contact with was nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also a big plus is the that the front counter staff are always making suggestions of what to explore in Denver and very knowledgeable about everything in the surrounding area. Holiday Inn needs to make sure they pay these people for their great service! Only issue was that the business center printer did not work, I believe it was a technical issue though.
The hotel charged us an extra $115 after our visit. When I called, I was repeatedly put on hold by a kid that kept saying he was in training and did not know what he was doing. Finally, he said we were charged because we broke the microwave. I assured him the microwave worked perfectly when we left. He said there is nothing he can do because he is in training and he is all alone. There were no other employees or managers present. He said he would have a manager call to discuss the issue, but they seem to refuse to. Now, I can't get ahold of anybody to dispute some made-up issue that they are trying to hang on us.

Me and my wife stayed here for two nights. The second of these nights was after our wedding at the nearby stonebrook manor. At 5 am that next morning a police officer and someone else came to the room trying to enter. Luckily there was a latch that did not allow them to come inside. After checking out I call the hotel and talk to the operator. She informs me we were lucky to stay in the room even though we had the room booked. She then goes on to say we were asked to leave. Never did anyone tell us that. Nor did we do anything to warrant being asked to leave. She then Rudely says she was not there that night so there was nothing that could be done. Do not stay here.
