I love how personable Mike was that served me at the store. He was clear about the repairs that needed to be completed on my bike, and he displayed genuine concern for me when I informed him my bike and I were damaged in a wreck. He checked my bike thoroughly so that I can ride again, and I'm very appreciative. :)

Great shop!nnI won't go to another bike shop.nnThey were incredibly helpful from the first phone call all the way to my purchase/tune up.nnThey also have shoes and other gear if you're a big time cycler. Can't recommend enough.

Long story short, took my Bike there 3 times. NEVER AGAIN.. After he couldn’t figure out how to put my wheel on, (E-bike) he told me the wheel was the wrong size for the bike. He said it was 1mm maybe 2mm too big and that I needed to order another wheel. I don’t know much about Bikes so I figured OK. The next day I decided to take my Bike to REI in Denver because something didn’t sound Right. Apparently, a miracle happened over night because 15 minutes later the wheel was on and my Bike was ready to go and it only cost $16. I would not recommend this shop

Called to get difficult tire repair on recumbent bike. Told me to come right down, walked in door, owner immediately took off wheel, changed out tube, and had it back on in less than 10 minutes!! PLUS: only charged for labor, AND helped me load it back into the truck! Talk about Customer Service! I’ll be back and recommend to ALL! The best, hands down! don’t go anywhere else. Called another nearby shop was met with rude person-told me he couldn’t help, and if he could wouldn’t be til next week, acted like I was a pain just for calling!! GREAT SERVICE HERE!!! GOOD PRICES! EXCELLENT WORK!!

Playtri has great people, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Every time I use them I leave with a smile. Playtri fixed my hybrid bike when the shop I bought it from wouldn’t. The hybrid is now performing well. I also just purchased a carbon road bike and couldn’t be happier. If you need a great new bike or service on your existing bike I couldn’t think of a better place to do business with. Thanks Playtri!
