The Staff was very friendly especially Alex a younger gentleman of whom was very polite and efficient. He got us checked in early and made sure we had what we needed. Rooms very clean with the right amount of towels, soaps etc. The only thing that did not work was the iron but that was ok. Rooms are a great size with a pull out bed if needed. Also a great location, minus some of the guest you see walking around out in the parking lot or hanging around.
I have stayed here for about 3 weeks total for business. You get what you pay for and for the money you won't find a better place. I want to thank Bela !! You are awesome ! Thanks for all your help and hospitality. Was a pleasure doing business with you. Will definitely be staying here next time I am in town.
Pros : the staff was friendly to me and my family, promptly got us a room, it's obvious that the house keeping crew does a thorough job keeping everything clean, and the beds were comfy, the sheets and towels looked and smelled cleannnCons : though I give kudos to the housekeeping for the job they do, it is apparent that it is about time for a remodel in the interior. The room I was assigned had some rust on the bathroom door frame. The bath tub was extremely creaky, I thought I would fall through it. There seemed to be a bit of water damage in the bathroom ceilingnnThese things didn't ruin my experience with quality Inn, it is something I feel they could work on. I still would stay here and recommend it to others
The establishment is pleasant, clean, and quite. I however was disappointed when they told me my dog had to pay rent. $30 for the dog and an additional $100 deposit.
Horrible! It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The night manager was rude and very unfriendly. I came back from work only to find this sorry excuse of management exiting my room. When I asked him what was he doing? He jumped from being startled cause he didn't see me come up. While standing there waiting for him to reply. I could tell that he had no logical reason to explain for this violation to have taken place. He refused to give me corporates number and started yelling at me to leave. & threatened to call the pigs. I went to my room only to see that my wife's things gone thru.
