Very clean
Customer service is great, the queen bdrm suite was huge, they gave me a handicap one and it was very nice. I have dogs but they said they wouldn't charge me a pet fee! Which is awesome. The only downside is that the side door card reader wasn't working so anyone can come in. There's a lot of homeless people sleeping outside of hotel and groups of people drinking/smoking just outside of hotel at almost every hour of the day.
Worst experience ever! The hallways are always full of smoke. Guests smoke in the stairwell and in their rooms. The cleanliness of this location is AWFUL! Nothing is done about it. I don’t trust this location for Covid safety. I will make sure to pay a little extra for a much cleaner and friendlier location. The people smoking in this building is absurd!
We stayed here for three weeks while looking for an apartment. This hotel has great food options nearby. The room was clean and quiet. Monica at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She is an amazing employee!!!
