I love the new staff I saw Bree at the front desk she is very friendly and you can tell she loves what she does. I like the new management team they have here too. Heidi was awesome I can tell she loves what she does too and I don’t know the name of the man who is the manager here but you can tell he is really cleaning the place up it has made so many great changes me and my husband will be back soon. They are also extended stay so you can get good prices on monthly and weekly rates unlike other hotels who don’t have that option for there guests. I recommend

I stay here a long time ago and did not like it but I decided to give them a second chance since it’s been about a year and wow was I impressed. Complete turn around starting with the staff! I was helped by Bree at the front counter and from the moment I walked in she greeted me with a warm and welcomeing smile! Upon checking in she was very easy to talk to and very friendly! I told her about my last stay and she was determined to make it better and she did! She called me when I got to my room to make sure things were good, brought me up some towels when they finished (I had none since I had to take my dirty ones down) and she really just jump started my entire experience. They are now a secure building which makes everyone feel secure so I love that about it to. The room was very clean so great job housekeeping! I used to clean rooms myself and I can say they did a great job! I don’t know why everyone mentions the carpet here it is not to bad. You can tell it is older but I walked around on bare feet just fine ! At check out the experience was great too. I never do reviews I just don’t have the time but after my experience I had to let the community know that it has turned around and don’t listen to all the negativity you read. Thanks Suburban! I will be back soon.

I enjoy this hotel so much. The breakfast makes me feel at home. The staff makes me feel safe and takes such great care of me while I come for my business trips. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into making this hotel almost like a second home. This would be 6 stars if there was such a thing :).

Great place to lay your head and relax. The staff is Great!! The housekeepers were great! One of the staff members really did awesome. Heidi seemed to always be doing great at all the jobs. I definitely Recommend this Extended Stay! Best one by far!
