Uptown Suites Extended Stay Denver CO - Westminster

Rooms are clean enough, most of the staff was friendly but I had one experience in the end that really changed the rating for me.nnWe were booked until 11/22 and had already paid. On 11/21 we came back to find that we were locked out of our room. We went to the front desk and Kai (who told us he was the manager and then someone else later told me he wasn't) told us we owed money for the last night. He said when we prepaid, the front desk clerk undercharged us. So he wanted us to make up for the hotel's mistake. Additionally, instead of letting us know through call/text or email, they decided to lock us out of the room. We decided not to pay the extra amount or stay the last night because of this experience. Kai did not save the hotel money as we left at 5pm so the only thing he accomplished was turned a 5 star review into a 1 star review. This is one of the most ridiculous hotel customer service experiences I've had, and I'll definitely remember it for all the wrong reasons.

No deposit needed.. great rooms, extremely clean. Love the bathrooms!! Beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel/motel. The only issue was the walls seem a little thin... I could hear the conversation next door, And the hallways a bit noisy. Nothing the tv couldn't drown out. Definitely going back.

Very very friendly staff, clean rooms, staff actually willing to help you, very affordable, lots of places to eat and a nearby stores. 30/70 Sports Bar and Grill I highly recommend. Convenient laundry rooms that are clean and a kid friendly environment

Stayed at the hotel for almost a month, went without a toilet for almost a week. Everyday we asked the manager to put us in a different room, on but he would not. Only was able to get a new room, when that manager had the day off. The following dates went down to the office to pay my weekly payment. And was told by the manager that we had to leave the hotel immediately. He would not accept my money. But told me that I had to leave right away or you was calling the police, I asked them why. It is possible she did not have to give me a ride because it was his private company. He then walks to the back of the office, picks up the phone and called the police. Start telling them that I am causing a massive disturbance to other guests. But he did not realize that I had been recording this was my phone from the start, and I was in the lobby by myself, and hadn't spoken to anybody. The police showed up, and after talking to the manager informed me that they did not understand what the issue was, he would not tell them what we had done wrong. Police officer told me, that they tried to talk to manager in to being reasonable, but it was something that was not going to happen. So I was going to have to leave the hotel. Show me my girlfriend had to pack up all of our belongings 9 at night. And figure out where to go, we were put onto the street. For absolutely no reason other than this manager, did not like the fact that we asked him to do his job.nThe worst part about the whole situation is that Uptown Suites has been nothing to make sure this will not happen to somebody else. So don't for a second thing it will not happen to you. You can find a lot nicer places, with a lot better Staffing. I strongly suggest you have nothing to do with manager Bubble's....
