This hotel lacks many of the amenities that one would assume would be present for the cost— there were no refrigerators or microwaves in the room (rough in the middle of a pandemic), and they charge for internet and parking despite having a huge lot in a suburban wonderland. What made this worse is they never told us about these charges. The place was clean and the people were kind and accommodating.
Staff was lovely and kind. Hard to believe a 3 star hotel, not to mention a Marriott, doesn't have a microwave in the rooms. And only one coffee cup even though there were two beds. Bar closed at 11 and doesn't open until 5pm. Due to covid.....
The hotel stay was very pleasant! Room were cleaned before our stay. Overall had a very warming touch!
I went to the westminster chamber annual gala event. The hotel was awesome!!! Love, love, the staff. I felt very safe everyone wearing masks and distancing!!!
I had to stay at the hotel next door and the Marriott front desk person nancy was so lovely every time i needed to come in to get food! Lovely staff
