Talk about a beautiful hotel for the price! Lobby is huge, and staff was super friendly; literally every single time I walked by the lobby I was greeted by the staff. The rooms were very clean and updated. The thermostat is not locked so I can adjust the temperature wherever I like, unlike some hotels which lock it out at 70-76 degrees. The shower had good pressure and water stayed hot! The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are nice too. Honestly I don't have a single complaint about this hotel.
Very nice hotel but I don't even drink alcohol I should be able to get free soda instead of free drinks I have to pay $2+ for a soda....
My Fiance & I stayed here for a mini vacay. I as highly impressed. Check-in was easy. Bo was very professional & informative. He gave us a corner room since I'd asked for a quiet one for light sleeper. The Free Dinner with cocktails was something no other hotel does. Not on this level. The 3 drinks plus hot filling meal was easily a $30 per person value, in itself! We graciously enjoyed it. The steps they take to keep the Hot Tub & Pools open are much appreciated also. Most Spas re closed at other hotels. The fact theirs is still open was the deciding factor on staying here. We made a fantastic decision. AGAIN, I'D LIKE TO GIVE RECOGNITION TO BO. HE WAS AWESOME, going above & beyond n our pleasant stay.
The staff was so kind and eager to help. Any time I waited for assistance either at the front desk or during dinner, someone promptly came to help. The taller gentlemen with the glasses was particularly polite and efficient, jumping from serving dinner to making drinks to helping at the front desk, all with ease and enthusiasm. The gentlemen at the bar were super friendly as well. They all made me feel welcome during my stay. The bed was super comfy. The food is cafeteria-like but it’s better than having to spend eating out every day
This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at? The accommodations and staff are over the top!! Free dinner and breakfast with your stay, drink voucher. No other hotel offers something like that. Pool and hot tub are very clean. The prices are very reasonable for the great room you get.
