Nice hotel, would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a nice selection. Beds were super comfy and rooms were quiet. Highly recommended!
We always stay in Springfield Suites while traveling specifically for the free hot breakfast and the consistent quality and service. Traveling during COVID we understand reduced amenities and Janetta, here in Westminster, was extremely helpful to accommodate our 5-day stay, providing coffee supplies to last more than one morning and explaining the housekeeping restrictions and the breakfast changes.nnI sometimes drink more than 1 cup of coffee in the morning so on 9/16/20 we needed more coffee for the remaining 3 days of our stay and asked for more when at the front desk to receive our grab and go breakfast.nnThe lady at the desk handed me 1 coffee pod and 2 breakfast bags containing yogurt and a muffin (a big difference from the fruit, yogurt, muffin, juice/milk, and granola bars in the bags from previous days). Slightly disappointed that 1 person could dampen our enthusiasm for this brand
Very good value.
Very good enforcement of the mask mandate and really took good care of the hotel. They didn't have a breakfast buffet of course, but handed out prepared sacks of breakfast fare, including yogurt, muffin, juice, and fruit. Good location on the north end of the northwestern suburbs.
The building itself is a bit dated as is the decor BUT you couldn't ask for better service. The people at the desk are fantastic, fun, friendly. The maids are very good and great people. Although COVID has made it harder on the staff there they still manage to give great service with a big smile. I'd stay there again.
