Had a nice stay at the Quailty Inn. Checking in staff was friendly and using safety protocols.nRoom was clean. Pool was down due to current conditions.
DO NOT BOOK HERE! Staff was rude, and the place is gross, but you get what you okay for right? What got me was the $200 deposit that they charge but dont tell you abiut until you arrive. And ita more if you pay with cash! I mean really? Its quality inn... Not high quality in. When the deposit is 3 to 4 times the rate of the room itself beware!
One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. Without reason the manager called my room at checkout time telling me I had to leave and could not extend and if I didn't leave right away he would call the police. He seemed mentally unstable and extremely aggressive/hostile. I actually ended up leaving in tears fearing for my safety. This hotel should honestly be investigated. The manager seems like a time bomb waiting to go off.
Staff was friendly, but the rooms were gross. Our first room we got had a non slip mat in the tub which ripped immediately when using the bathtub resulting in glue all over the tub. It also smelled gross, made you nauseous. We let the front desk know and they gave us another room, which was great. But the room they gave us had a bathroom door that wouldn't shut, and the rooms are extremely tiny. Housekeeping was horrible. All they did was make the bed, they didn't clean anything at all. Almost none of the staff wore masks correctly either.
Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast bag to go due to Covid. Pleasant stay and good price. Had all the necessary amenities.
