Our stay was great because the hotel was clean and the service was amazing! The person at the front desk named Ethan went out of his way to help us at the hotel and with suggestions on what to do while we were visiting Boulder. We appreciate great service like this and wanted to give him a shout out and the morning service was also great as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel!!

I would have to say this is one of my favorite places to stay. The price of the rooms are fair and very clean, staff is helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and clean. The rooms were huge. It made me feel like royalty when I started here. Everyone needs to check this place out. If you want to feel like a million bucks for a day or 2 this is definitely the place to go.

Absolutely wonderful stay, the people who checked us in were so friendly and helpful. I wish I would of remembered their names. What I do remember is they recommended their restaurant and suggested trying a Madagascar pasta (once again I hope that was the name), it was so delicious we are talking about going back just to eat it again. Highly recommend the restaurant!!!

I've now stayed twice, and both times it was a disappointment.nFirst time, 8 nights. They did not tell me you had to request housekeeping. Not a huge deal, bit after 5 days I asked. Still no housekeeping. Ask again on day 6. Nothing. Complain loudly, and at this point it doesn't even matter because it's 1 more night left. Finally get housekeeping. And they threw away my pocket square that was on the desk.nComplained at checkout, and was told a manager would call me later that day .nNo one called me.nDid the Hilton honors survey, and finally received a canned email from the manager refunding me 1 nights stay.nDecided to give it another shot when I needed to be there 2 nights about a month later.nCheck in and pick my room on the app. Same room I stayed in before.nGet there that night, mobile check in not working.nGo to the desk.nThey gave me a smaller room with a worse view.nAs I know the response I received last time I complained, I didn't say anything, it's only 2 nights anyway.nVery disappointed with this hotel and will not be giving them a third chance due to the un-impressive service I have received.
