My partner rented a suite for approximately ten years at this location. During that time, she always paid her rent on time, and she actually split the costs for new window blinds for her suite when the owner told her that she would not pay the cost of window blinds that were nonfunctional until she moved out. Finally, my partner's phone stopped working at her suite because they had not upgraded the phone system nor put a new phone system in place for over 20 years! (Another former tenant recently confirmed that his phone didn't work either, and he had to move out).nnWhen my partner moved out, they took her entire deductible. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!nnRichard Ankrum
