HOA has been helpful, everybody is upset about the construction but in the long run it only makes these properties more valuable themselves.

I'm sure it will one day look good but my handicapped daughter has to crawl on hand and kneed on metal stairs. She has very little strength in legs so can't stand up. Plus the contractors aren't even going to put in a ramp for all handicapped people living in that building. Very unsafe for those that need help

We are under construction with our balconies and walk ways. It sucks to have to keep cleaning up after their messes. They leave all their trash and construction for you to deal with. Right now we have some what unsafe metal stairs as our only exit, which leads you to sprinklers, so you have no choice but to get wet. They definitely need to step up with the care.
