This place is awesome. Always pretty chill. Rooms to hold parties. Calm and sunny during summer. Two pools. One big and one kiddie pool. Awesome during summer. Beautiful during spring. And ok during winter. I would recommend to anyone. Just some houses to get rid of that no one uses. But houses are beautiful. ud83dude0dud83dude0d
It’s a very calm community, and when I need anything from the office I always get a good response, Norma is very helpful, kind and is great with people!!! It’s always nice to run into office staff that are able to deal with people..
I live here. They hike up the lot rent every year by unnecessary high amounts, never take care of the playground, theres trash broken glass and profanity spray painted all over the place. I've caught 5 people trying to break into my car, and recently I didnt have any safe water for over a week. I'm moving as soon as I can. For the insane amount they are charging me for lot rent, I'd expect them to at least keep the playground nice. Smh.
My auntie lives there, I was visiting her.
