Lived here a couple years back and it’s the worst place!! Chuck is their maintenance guy and he is very rude and unfair. This place needs a new management company and maintenance staff. Besides the property management company and staff the neighborhood is full of great people and we all get along except for with the staff. Not to mention we are backed up to Water World and there is a very good skate park on the corner. Management of the park is horrible. You can't even get a hold of anyone at the office when they are needed, no office hours are being kept.

Cool place
If You like to shower don’t live here. They turn off the water at least once every week if we are lucky!! Or sometimes we can go up to 4 days with out water.
