We had a great experience with Justin and the junior trade in program. He was prepared and knowledgeable. Staff and customers were well spaced. The ski service was on point and rushed our skis so we could take them that night. Overall perfect customer service and experience. Will definitely plan to return to this location for our future needs!
I bought a Trek gravel here and loved everything about it except the saddle. My sits bones were in so much pain Every time I rode that I finally went in and asked Richard about it. He adjusted the stem and replaced the saddle. I trusted his advice. He wasn’t out to sell me anything, just took the time to see how to make the bike more comfortable. Now I can ride 3+hours and don’t even feel my little bones! I am so happy with their service. From purchasing the bike to adjusting it, I am very happy with their customer service.
Took my bike in to have it set up and have a front sprocket cable installed. The bike has a small dent on the left fork. I was told they wouldn't work on it in fear they felt the bike was unsafe. Now I get it if they felt that paint scratches were unsafe to ride also if thats what they believe. They could have just had me sign a waiver. They must be doing so good they don't need mine or anyone business that doesn't walk in with a nice clean bike that isn't used. Looking for that small business shop who knows what customer satisfaction is.They did sell me a cable to do the repair myself. Guess they don't feel any responsibility selling me a part on a unsafe bike. What a joke this place is.
The service I got at this store needs to be recognized. The people I mentioned need to be commended. They all helped make a small issue I had there non-existent.
Awesome store with very friendly faces! My dude Jay in the Ski/Board section helped me pick out a solid setup for my girlfriend this upcoming season and also added great conversation to the experience. Thank you for all your help!
