They were so very helpful! I came in, not knowing much about replacing the pedals for my new spin bike and they treated me so well. I was worried I would feel dumb because I’m new to the hobby, however I never felt that way. I left feeling confident and excited about my new pedals. I will definitely be back!

So get this ud83dude42 I went to this place a couple of times over the years. This summer of 2020 I went in for a replacement for the locking mechanism for the front tire on my speed bike. They didn't have the original one for my bike but three minutes later the gentleman came up to me he handed me a different part that still works. He hand it to me and said here take it. So how rare is it to go in and get something for free. Best bet it probably didn't have price tag on it. So he just handed it to me take it thanks guys for making my summer awesome ud83dude01ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

The staff at the Valley store are amazing! Big shout out to Mark,John, Bryce and Dylan who always help me when I come in. These guys are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My new bike required a couple minor adjustments and each time i stopped in, they took care of it right on the spot. On one occasion, I needed something transferred from another store and they were able to do that for me the same day. I highly recommend The Bike Hub.

Had an incredible experience with this bike shop. Is definitely the only shop in town I will go to. I have been here multiple times. And had great help and service. However this last time they really went above and beyond. And I didn't have to wait at all. I recommend this place to all my friends.
