Our stay here was great! Originally we planned on staying 1night and that turned into 3! Jasymin worked front desk in the mornings and is EXTREMELY helpful and understanding! Each conversation we had I could see her smile WITH a mask on..it was contagious and truly made the start to my day positive! Warren worked the night shift, and was prompt, polite and down to earth. It was refreshing having a real conversation with someone that wasn't just for show. CLEAN & COMFORTABLE STAY

Room was clean, but WiFi never worked. I was surprised the woman at check-in didn't ask for my state ID or driver's license to verify me. That was really unusual.nnMoving on, most times no one was available to answer the phone, or available at the front desk. I had to find a woman from a guest room who was cleaning to go downstairs, close me out, and get my final receipt for my check out.nnI experienced unprofessional behavior and a lack of availability from the staff while staying at this hotel location, including a guy talking to the front desk woman who knew him personally while she was employed on the clock. It needs to seriously improve.nnThree stars is generous, mainly because the room was nice, spacious and clean, and I got the room for a decent price. But I cannot give higher than three stars for the issues listed above.

For the price that you pay it was excellent. Normally for the same price range you get those moldy motel 6 and what not. But our room was clean and fresh, hallways were clean and fresh scented. Furniture were in good condition. Service was on point. Staff was welcoming. And most importantly they pet friendly. Great stay !

DO NOT STAY HERE. The front desk clerk was not wearing a mask. The room he gave us HAD SOMEONE IN IT ALREADY!!! We probably scared these poor people to death when we opened the door. Incredibly unprofessional, and not to mention CREEPY. they then gave us another room which is not what I paid for.
