I heard from a tenant that on street parking rules are being exploited, (and not everyone receiving the same treatment here. Our city council had rules against such treatment, might be time to attend the open meetings. Photos of the neighbors that are allowed 6 cars to follow.
My family first moved in 11 years ago. Was a decent park then mostly old folks. The pool was up the roads weren't as bad. Doretta kept this place in check. Now it's over run with rats in the dumpsters. Like seriously in the time to throw my trash I counted more than 10 scurrying aroundnUpdate 5/10/2020 trashes are always full and overflowing out beside behind everywhere. Its unsanitary they need to have them emptied more often. Bringing a roll in for a week isnt gonna fix this problem
It's a trailer park.
With Denver rent prices a pad in this park is a good deal. They have some image issues
