Awesome that you can text the front desk for items, we needed extra towels, and they brought them up right away! During check in they gave me a cookie! Excellent customer service during our stay. Bathrooms need some updates but that's minor. Would recommend staying here and it's close to a lot of stuff!
1. Shower didn’t work. Only one setting which was blazing hot.nn2. Towels were dingy.nn3. Windows were dingy.nn4. All the decor is outdated and had scratches on everything.nn5. No mini or microwave in room. (Microwave is in the lobby by front desk)nn6. The cookies were good.
This is my weekend get away spot. Every weekend that I come here I just love it!! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable & very nice. Never had a problem since I've been going here for the past year & a half. I definitely will continue to keep coming every weekend. So see you guys @ this weekend!!
After accidentally booking the hotel I ended up meeting Michael and he took care of everything from the start and after 7 days of work in a row this man had some amazing energy and positive vibes. If it wasn’t for the area I would definitely come back. Still has nice views, just a little to much foot traffic for my liking.
Very nice hotel! Rooms were very nice and staff super friendly. Downstairs bar and market have a good selection for food and drink. It is also walking distance from a good selection of places to eat.
