I have operated out of multiple shared-kitchen locations in Denver and The Denver Commissary has been the best experience by far. The management has very accommodating with our company rapidly growing. Need more storage? It's available. Dedicated space? Far more than I've seen in other operations. And they continue to expand and upgrade the property to keep up with demands.nnOur business has been with commissary for a couple years and have not experienced any pest issues in any of our product. Health inspections have been a pleasure here. My observations are that possible pest issues elsewhere in the building could be mitigated by practicing proper product storage.

I'm sure they're paying the health department to keep this place open. There are mice everywhere equipment is always dirty or broken parking is near impossible because they sold most of their space the people who run the joint are greedy for money and will charge you for ANYTHING and are rude. Insecticides are placed while you cook or prep so you're at risk of that. And when you have the health department come in they mysteriously still pass this place. The only good thing about this place is that the food truck people are nice. Asides from that I cant believe that building is still operating.

This only pertains to the office, not the vendors, but the office staff seems a little condescending and impatient, I may have caught then on a bad day.

Hands down best facility in Denver. The management is responsive, onsite and work hard to make sure the place runs smoothly. No other commissary has professionals like the management team available to it’s tenants. The equipment available is solid, repairs happen immediately, and the whole kitchen and truck lot seems to constantly be under improvement to the benefit of its tenants. Sets the standard for what you should expect from a kitchen commissary.
