Above and beyond my expectations. As a Hilton Diamond member for years, the value in regards to service and hospitality far exceed those of the bigger chains. Joy from guest services made my day, and I am a new loyal Drury Inn loyalist whenever the opportunity presents itself. Thank you also to the amazing staff here. A+ experience all around and super safe standards make it a no brainer stay here.
Very Clean they were very respectful and for the price its definitely the best deal they serve breakfast and dinner and they are full meals along with three alcohol drinks they have a very nice pool area the kids loved and its a great place for a family to stay. Definitely will be back one of the best I have stayed at I would give them 10 stars if I could. Also its right off I-70 and next to a bunch of stores one more thing they are Family Owned so stay strong thank you for your great service
Hotel had a welcoming atmosphere thanks to the staff who were all so amazing! Especially Jonathan who checked us in very fast with no problems, and was extremely amiable! As for the actual stay; it was a good location for things to do, breakfast was pleasant, bed was comfortable, room was actually clean, and the water flow of the shower was good! For those that like to take pictures, the elevator was really nice! Overall, it’s a good recommendation when in doubt of where to stay!
This is the 1st time ever, that I can say I don't have any complaints. I've been to many different hotels in Denver and is was perfect to a T. Bathroom was clean, tile and granite was done exceptional. Beds were nicely done. I did see though, that the channel list needed to be replaced. It looked dirty but I didn't touch it. Iron heats up fast. I like someone, serves you your complementary breakfast. It saves more food. My son was excited for the indoor pool and I loved the hot tub. I can appreciate the restroom, to be able to change in the pool area. Manager was very helpful and kind.
Nice rooms, very clean rooms and in common areas as well. The employees are great good attitudes very helpful and friendly. Gave a better price booking with them directly than any offered on line. Gives a lot of extras that most hotels don't. Very pleased.
