Friendly, helpful, hospitable staff. Building and grounds always clean. An employee checks the grounds frequently 24/7 to ensure guest safety. Quiet. All staff wear masks and follow Covid-19 safety guidelines. Dog friendly, which for my wife & I who have 2 emotional support dogs, is very beneficial. Complimentary breakfast always served fresh and with a smile. My wife & I have been staying here since October 1st and have had a very enjoyable experience.

I have been here for approximately a month and a half, as a participant in a VA program. The staff are always hard working and the service from the front desk staff is top-notch! The rooms are very nice and extremely comfortable. I have had no issues with anything and every single time I needed help with something the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help. I appreciate being able to stay here and would recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed in hotels all over the world during my time in the military and on vacations here in the states and abroad, and my experience here at Best Western Plus in Denver has been in the top tier.

I went through Expedia to book this hotel, upon checking in the receptionist informed me that my card declined. I already booked the hotel so I wasn't sure why and how my card declined. She then proceeds to tell me that I didn't pay. I informed her that I already paid through Expedia and there was no way my card declined. She then proceeds to do whatever she does on her system and made a call. She then informs me that my card is fine that it was Expedia, I paid Expedia and Expedia didn't pay them. I could understand the situation but her delivery and service was horrible. If you're going to yell my card declined then you should match the same tone you had when you apologized for the mistake you made. Don't whisper it.nWe've been on the road for 15+ hours and just wanted to shower and sleep for a couple hrs, someone kept banging and trying to open our room door. I mean banging loudly, we didn't answer because it was not a hotel employee and they kept hiding from the peephole. We called the front desk and told them what happened, they said they'll take it a look it's fine. We never heard from them again. The same person banged on the door a few more times, up until the point I jumped out my sleep because they kept doing it. Later that night we went to bed, the neighbor in the conjoined room kept trying to open the shut door. We felt so unsafe we had to leave. People banging on the door and trying to open did not sit well with us. I will be telling everyone I know not to stay here including my business partners. The service was horrible. Half way through my key stopped working, went to the front desk and the girl just kept flirting with a young man, never acknowledge me. The staff was not friendly or inviting at all. Upon checking out, the receptionist just said you're good, that's it nothing else. Just you're good without looking at me. It seems to be a family that works there, and they should be trained on customer service because they all lack it.

It was a decent place to stay. It had reasonable access to where I wanted to go. The room itself was great, I had a second floor with two queens, a large tv, mini fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was spacious enough for two people to get ready.nnDue to covid-19 the gym was closed and the breakfast was lackluster. These are quite understandable though.nnMy only complaint/concern was the ground floor door to the parking lot on our side of the building was damaged. Anyone could come and go freely.

Stayed here four nights. Room was big, big bathroom, it had a full size Fridge and stove, a/c was working fine. Front desk and cleaning staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay, they give it to you in a To Go box, you may still serve your own drink (coffee, tea, or juices). Pool is out of service. They have a bbq area which you may use. Enough parking available. Through this pandemic times, it was a great stay. My only downside is that is a bit far out from Downtown Denver, about 15-20 mins and during rush hour , traffic jam on the way to Downtown, but for the price thats dueable. Totally recommend
