Where can I start!!! Well I just hope that the higher ups; general managers, managers, etc. see and recognize this!!! Jimmie is a front desk employee here at this location and he absolute made our little stay-cation amazing, the room was like a little home away from home which made the stay amazing of course, cause if you feel at home you don’t want to be anywhere else!!! The fact that Jimmie went above and beyond to find is a room with a tub around our price range at the last minute as we were driving from almost 2 hours away was amazing and his service was just excellent from walking residents/guest to their room, telling us the places we can go for fun, deals and coupons!! It was amazing, have a great soul to make the trip more enjoyable with just great energy was amazing!!! He is a keeper!!! Jimmie literally makes the hotel like home and he’s family, also he really cares about the hotel and the safety of the guest so I am so glad we experienced this hotel and we will return and have this on a list to go back to if we ever need a place to stay!!! The location of the hotel was great for shopping and restaurants. The room was very clean. The customer service from Jimmy and Sam at the front desk was the definition of “perfect”. Those 2 alone will make you feel like you’re the most important guest staying there. Great hotel.

There is a front desk representative by the name Samantha Markey who I spoke with and it was the most unprofessional encounter I’ve EVER had. She had the nastiest attitude after I let her know that MY card was overcharged twice. She then proceeded to tell me that my complaint was very “cute” but that there was nothing she could do about it. She talked to me in such a dehumanizing manner and as much as I hate to say it I’m almost positive it was due to the color of my skin. She should in no way be working at this property or any other one for that matter. I’m totally taken back by this and I still left with no refund and no one has gotten back with me.

This place is beautiful. They are friendly and rooms are beautiful. They are very welcoming! I highly recommend this place!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. These people truly go above and beyond to accommodate whatever you need. So impressed, recommending them to everyone I know that needs a hotel. Huge bonus: you can walk across the street to Cuba Cuba for lunch lol
