Clean rooms, comfy bed, people weren't as friendly and welcoming as I think ( expecially the first person you come in contact with) should be. I am excited that the owner cares enough to read and respond to reviews. I would love to stay again at this candle wood suites, I know that it's a branded name but not all hotels are the same. I really enjoyed the stay at this particular Candle wood but there are others I would want to step foot into. Again though your rooms were awesome and I hope to stay again
Everything here is top notch! stocked kitchens/baths, really clean and quiet rooms, staff is wonderful, this will be my home away from home from now on. I'm thoroughly impressed, thank you!
Clean, pleasant and good value. Could use better communications between shiffs.
Second day with little to no hot water. Staff seems oblivious and can't tell me when it will be fixed.
Checked in at 1am rooms were very clean. The front desk guy was taking his time. I timed him after 5 minutes and still took him 13 minutes more. I was very aggravated
