My experience with Tim at flat top roofing was what you might expect from a contractor who keeps a crew year round, a bit of wait time up front to get fit into the schedule as he runs a smaller crew and wants to keep them working so that's how it goes, get in line people! Once my number was up the work was completed in a very timely manner. The follow up was fast there were issues that have come up, standard issues that most would expect with the style of roof being serviced. Each time I called the issue was resolved fast, not weeks but next day or less than one week, these were non emergency issues and were resolved quickly. Communication was easy with text and phone messages. Tim hooked us up in the dead of winter and I would recommend any one with a flat roof that needs some love, to get a bid. Tim also listened to my opinions on chimney flashing concerns and he told and showed me how he approaches that part of the job and again I am satisfied with how he did it. There were zero issues with chimney leaks in case you were wondering. My issues were with how the water ran off the roof and boom fixed like a ninja as promised. It didn't hit the gutter the way I wanted, adjustment made and it was fixed. The other issue was a pooling of water in an area, kind of tough to figure that out in December so again months later call and it's fixed. Hope this review helps someone because I was sure our roof job was going to be a nightmare but it's been great.

Tim did a professional job installing our flat roof and when it was accidentally punctured (discovered by a rain storm) he quickly came out to fix it. I highly recommend Flat Top Roofing!

Excellent Workmanship! Flat top roofing did excellent work on our office building. They took the time to explain the process and kept us updated on the progress. Tim is a great guy and we highly recommend them.

Would not hire this company I paid almost $20,000 for a new rood and they did not do what they said they were going to do and my rood still leaks the same as it did before I paid this company to do a tearoff and reroof and he will not answer any phone calls or text messages.
