The suite we stayed at was great. Very homey. Worth the money to have cooking facilities. Samantha and Danny were very helpful. Will stay again on my next time through.
When we first entered the room, the cover to the heater was laying on the floor. Later on that evening, I wanted to shower before bed, and the fixture was broken! You'd think they would check on these things. We were given another room at 1:30 in the morning. Ended up with very little sleep, and a very long night. Not to mention the outlet where the coffee pot was plugged into was not functioning. The reset button was locked in place, and refused to move. Not impressed with this one. And very disappointed. They don't bother paying attention to details. Avoid this one if you can. The lady behind the counter was the best, however. She deserves all the good ratings. Not the hotel itself
Location was very clean and surprisingly quiet. Located near food and stores well within walking distance. Beds were really comfortable, too.
It was super nice i loved iT IT WAS SOO AWESOME
Terrible stay. Asked for ground floor at check in because of handicap and no elevators. Checked into a room w people in it, then put in second floor room. Asked what we were going to do about this issue I was told I can check out and go somewhere else.A/C barely cooled. The day front desk guy was very very rude but graveyard guy was very nice. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Hope to see it become a bus stop.
