Quiet small community. Well maintained with great security.
Property infested with bed bugs and roaches!nDrug deals in the parking lot.nTrash all over the grounds.nSecurity doors unlockednSocial Service coordinator gossips and speaks poorly to children and tenants also contacts your children's school without permission.nVolunteers enter building at will.nVolunteer also ran over child on grass.nVolunteers knock on doors and unsupervised.nHigh turn over for property manager.nManagement and corporate ,intimidate, tenants.nMaintenance will go into unit without proper notice or approval.nMany people living on property and not on lease.nNo outdoor play area for children.nNo covered area outside to monitor children.nSnow plow comes very late in the morning during winter.nParking areas not shoveled including disability parking.nNo assigned parking.nNo fire escape for disabled on ground floor.nNot allowed to put sun protection to windows or balconies.nPrivacy and tenant rights are constantly violated.
Since a change in management most recently it is has been a bit better. I have lived here a little over a year. It is noisy and there are a lot of unsupervised children. Very spacious in the units and they came prefurnished with the essential items, that we are very appreciative for. I would say it is getting better but taking time for sure. A good started especially if you are coming from not having very much. Mary in the office is great in helping with resources.
