Colin says dog friendly with super clean room and easy access to a large field. The staff was incredibly accommodating and super nice. This is our second visit and we have bookmarked for future travel.
Room was very clean.nNo carpet in the room. Hard floors are so much nicer, and cleaner.nBreakfast was good.
Enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good. They did not have anyone consistently at the front desk. You could dial O and someone would show up. The pool and exercise room were closed due to Covid-19. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in also had a jacuzzi.
Broken AC. Maintenance guy was nowhere to be found. Waited a long time. Stained toilet seat. Hard beds. Front desk attendant claimed there were no more rooms left until we told her we want to check out. Switched rooms. New room smelled like strong chemicals. We asked for a refund. Front desk lady argued about checking out and refunding our money and said she will call her manager but stated normally you have to wait for your AC to be fixed. Upon jumping through many hoops they finally refunded our money. Quality Inn is NOT quality!
Filthy. Socks turned black walking around the room. We got the jacuzzi room. The amount of mold and filrh that came out of the jets was shocking. No forks to eat breakfast with. They said they were out. Apparently breakfast caught them by surprise.
