Jefferson State Adventure Hub

I love the bikes. Love the dog running around. It doesn't feel like I have someone breathing down my neck to buy something, but they let you know they are there if you want assistance. 5/5 on customer service. I had no idea what this shop was . I just walked in it to look around. Sorry. I can't tell you much about the products because Im not in the market for bikes, kayaks, ect. If they would have had a scooter I would have been very interested thou.

My wife and I wanted to explore bikepacking so we stopped in to talk to Jasper. He asked us about our goals, budget, and activity level and was able to steer us toward two bikes that we love! He made sure the bikes were perfectly tuned and fit to us before we rode out the door. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! I have now rode my new bike everyday this week and it is fantastic! We love supporting local businesses and I'm sure we will be making more purchases at the Jefferson State Adventure Hub soon.

Extremely knowledgeable staff. Top of the line products. They back the bikes and kayaks they market. No pressure to buy . Willling to answer whatever questions you may have.
