Moon cycles is amazing!! I bought my first bike today and I received so MUCH advice and they made sure to help me find a bike that fit me perfectly. I never once felt that they tried to up-charge me or sell me anything that I didn’t need. They also helped me by taking the time to teach me how to start riding my new bike. Highly highly recommend their shop!
Sage is an incredibly patient and attentive bike wizard.nnStopped in on our tour south and needed help with a really oddly specific wheel true-ing situation on a tandem.nnUnlike any other mechanic I’ve encountered while touring, Sage took the time to look up the recommended spoke tensions and proceeded to get the wheel as perfect true as humanly possible.nVery few mechanics will go above and beyond like they did at Moon Cycles, would highly recommend!
My rear derailleur cable snapped. The wait at other bike shops in the area was super long — Moon Cycles fit me in right away, fixed it, replaced my chain (after checking with me), tuned it a bit, pumped up tires, and gave it back to me right away. Super reasonable price and awesome service. Thank you! I was going to be sad without my bike otherwise :(
We got stuck with a flat tire and the folks at Moon Cycles were so helpful in fixing us up and getting us back on the road. They were super nice and gave us helpful tips on bike care. I’d highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again!
