I had become road wary after several days of travel, and just needed a place to lay my head, and catch up on some much needed rest and serenity. Happy Valley has an incredible shuttle service that truly will pick you up from anywhere. I loved the complimentary eye covers that help to block out the sunlight while traveling. And I must admit, I've never traveled with such a courteous group of people in all my life, no one hardly said a word.nWhen the shuttle arrived at Happy Valley we were greeted by a very motivated and gracious staff. If memory serves me correctly, I didn't even need to use my credit card, I just had to sign some paper agreeing to the terms of the room.nRooms were simple, but nice, and frankly had everything I needed. The staff always seemed concerned about my stay, and frequently asked me questions regarding the accommodations. Wow, I was just blown away by their concern!nThe food was great as well, in fact I even got to help prepare it.nWould definitely recommend staying here again!nThanks again to the staff and Management at Happy Valley you have made a return customer out of me!!!

Offers amazing shuttle service. My friends and I weren't real sure where we were but they came and found us. Rooms are small but they have everything you need. The staff checks on you regularly and offers turn down service. The sauna was a little tight for my size but after I got comfortable I passed out. Staff had to wake me up when another guest wanted to use it. Music selection in the front lobby and conference rooms is a bit odd but catchy over time.

Received an all expense paid vacation from work to go here. Told my boss I'd rather stay home and continue work, but they insisted I go. Said I'd love it.nnMy trip in was a little unpleasant, but once I arrived I was greeted by the most engaging staff members. You could just tell they loved what they do. They're the type of people you can really open up to.nnThe rooms weren't up to par but I didn't want to bother the staff too much about it. They seemed like they had their hands full with other guests at the time.nnOverall, I highly recommend it. The trip was full of memories I'll never forget.

I also received an all expense paid, complimentary vacation here from my workplace.nnWas lucky enough to travel here even under Covid restrictions, and I was still kind of concerned about hygiene. But gratefully, the hosts were very strict about face coverings, and for most of my stay I was kept safely distanced from my other work colleagues. And not once did I have to share a restroom or meal setting with anybody! Great pandemic response from our hosts.nnOnly a few times did any staff get rude or touchy with me, but it was probably something I said that upset them...

As a former employee. I started out working the front desk and eventually worked my way up to general manager. What an exciting and vibrant place to work. The sound of wonderful music and the smell of delicious meals always filled the air. I always made it a point to dine at the cafeteria when Chef Grail made his famous “Senior Guard Surprise”. Visits always ended with genuine appreciation and warm handshakes from our customers. While the work uniforms were a bit drab and bulky, the environment was glorious!
