I've been in the store and both times I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. Knowledgeable staff and decent selection of items.
Stopped by yesterday and they serviced a small issue quickly on the spot. Service was perfect and charged more than fairly. Mostly in the past I've purchased minor parts and they've have a decent selection for your biking needs. Will return.

Really good service they really know there stuff got my new bike and they were good
Took my Giant Talon 29er to NP Bike in Camarillo. Bought it in 2012, has had a tune up 2 years ago at a shop in Ventura. Very expensive, new chain, the rest was labor. It never felt quite right after that. So when I brought it in to NP, I was ready to lay out some money to overhaul, and replace what is needed. Mike spent 1 day working on it. Not only does it now feels like it was when new, but he didn't have to replace any parts, just cleaned, overhauled a hub, and adjustments, PLUS it cast 20 percent less than the estimate. I know unheard of. This is definitely the place to bring your bike. Honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and very fair priced.
