NEW hotel (Google satellite shows an empty lot!) with new comfy beds, TUBS, hot(!) water, and real dishes in the suite. Check out at noon! Great for travelers. Since the arrival/departure routes at GEG do not overfly the hotel, we never heard any planes- quiet! (Folks giving this hotel low ratings because of the pool closed during Covid are clearly ignorant- *obviously* the pool here and everywhere else is closed!)
Workers at this hotel do not wear masks! And, they get mad when you ask them to put one on!nnOn three separate occasions, I saw hotel cleaning crew not wearing masks, both in the halls and in the rooms while cleaning. I brought this up to the manager, who dismissed it. Later in the stay, the head house keeper told me I was lying about her employees not wearing masks, even though multiple guests saw them not wearing any or having them pulled below their chins.nnWhile this hotel asks guests to wear masks, they blatantly break their own rules and then call you a liar if you bring it up to them.nnAVOID AT ALL COSTS. PROTECT YOURSELF AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Beds, sheets, room were all clean and cozy. Breakfast set up was easy and convenient. Only reason not 5 stars was because the pool was closed and wasn't told before hand.
The first look of the hotel is mesmerizing. The driveway takes the hotel slightly away from local traffic. Suites are exquisite and roomy, nice amenities, all you need for extended stay. It has fitness center, pool, jakuzi, exquisite lounge, morning breakfast, ice vending machines on each floor and i have to experience more they offer.nWhat i didn't like was the fitness center timings, as i had to use it at 5am but i guess i can come back later.
This is how a hotel stay should be!nStaff was greatnThe room was great.nThe price was great ($85 for Friday night).nThe room had a small kitchen like an apartment.nBig refrigerator, two burner stove top,, microwave, dishes,pots/pans and a dishwasher.nMy wife and I will look for this brand everywhere we go from now on.
